The VISUfarma UK office is now looking for a Business Coordinator who will work as part of the UK office management function to further strengthen our evolving team.

As a Business Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of our organization. It will be your job to support the day-to-day activities and contribute to customer experience, service and operational productivity. You will give support to the Country Manager, the country sales team and various corporate functions (Supply Chain, HR, QRV, S&M, Finance and IT). You will maintain relationships with country employees, customers, suppliers, and wholesalers on a functional level.

While the role in the organisation will allow you to gain experience in a broad range of tasks relating to the UK business specifically you will be the go-to person for all functions relating to the business operations for the UK affiliate. These functions will include management of supply chain, order (SAP) processing/management as well as business analytics, more specifically:

  • Complete management of business/supply process for the UK affiliate. These functions include.
    • Order management and processing
    • Supply chain and logistical management
    • SAP management payments and database management
  • Supporting the UK affiliate in effective business analytics to ensure strong continuity of sales growth.

Who are we looking for

For this role, we are searching for a friendly person with an upbeat personality that lives local. Someone who is proactive, pays attention to detail and is organised. Somebody with a solid work ethic without sacrificing their sense of humor. A motivated ‘jack of all trades’ you will have excellent customer service skills and can communicate effectively. Some experience of supply chain/ logistics would be ideal, you will also have excellent knowledge of MS office; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage as would experience working with BI.
